At Eating Recovery, I help you recognise and understand your own, personal true fears around food and eating, helping to reduce feelings of fear and anxiety.
I encourage gentle curiosity about what you are going through, building self-understanding and supporting self-worth. We consider together your unique situation and explore the core factors leading to and maintaining your eating disorder.
Evidence-based interventions help unburden limiting beliefs, cognitive dissonance and self-criticism, helping you to build your own recovery tool kit. Using skills and techniques from CBT, ACT, mindfulness based therapies, DBT and CFT, it is my privilege to make sure you feel fully supported in order to support yourself toward a liberating sense of true ‘food freedom.’
I choose to be trained in modalities that I believe truly help recovery from disordered eating and eating disorders, whatever your story.
