Compassionate, evidence-based therapy supporting recovery from eating disorders and eating-related distress
Compassionate, evidence-based therapy supporting recovery from eating disorders and eating-related distress
If you would like to find lasting recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating, I offer a multi-disciplinary approach, to help you heal emotionally and physically.
I offer a supportive road to recovery for eating disorders including anorexia and atypical anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder and night time eating.
I also help recovery from disordered and dysregulated eating, eating that feels chaotic, restrictive eating, ‘emotional eating’ and ongoing worries and fears around food and eating.

My work is grounded in a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, shaped by my training as a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders, CNHC-Registered Nutritional Therapist, Mindfulness and Compassion Certified Teacher, and Associate Naturopath. I support people in a gentle, holistic way, bringing together nutritional therapy, mindfulness, and compassionate practice to help create a safer, more balanced relationship with food, body and wellbeing.
I have a true understanding of the complexity of eating disorders, how and why they develop and how best to support long-lasting recovery.
My approach is person-centred and compassionate. I offer a multidisciplinary, holistic and trauma-informed practice.

At Eating Recovery, Nutritional Therapy for eating disorders has the intention of improving emotional and physical health and wellbeing through optimal nutrition.

At Eating Recovery, I help you recognise and understand your own, personal true fears around food and eating, helping to reduce feelings of fear and anxiety.

Eating disorder behaviours are often very overwhelming, all-consuming and can feel unsafe.

I honour the courage it took to bring yourself here.
Compassionate approaches can help where other interventions have failed for you. Or where they have seemed to help for a while, and then haven’t.
