At Eating Recovery, Nutritional Therapy for eating disorders has the intention of improving emotional and physical health and wellbeing through optimal nutrition.
I provide you with nutritional education and guidance to help dispel food and dieting myths and help support your food and eating choices and regulate eating patterns.
Eating plans are sometimes suggested; created personalised to you and your recovery, addressing your own specific nutritional needs and helping fix deficiencies.
Physiological factors that accompany disordered eating such as dehydration, blood sugar imbalance, dysregulated appetite and hormonal imbalances are addressed through specific nutritional interventions.
If you would like the option of recommended supplements, I create a personalised client supplement plan as part of the sessions with 10% discounted price. This is frequently reviewed.
Meal/ food plans are created bespoke to client if necessary and are an extra fee. Sometimes this is not the right approach for you and this is discussed together.
